Awesome place away from hustle bustle of city, nestled in the nature. Nice and well mentained cottages. View from room are breathtaking. Special to mention the food quality is too good and service very good. Very humble staff. Overall very good experience... spent two nights with family. The service, rooms and food all are great. It's a must visit place for people looking to get away from city hustle and relax.

One of the most amazing places resorts I've stayed at.
The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and clean.
The Location is Heavenly.
The view from the boundary is so picturesque and it is so calm over there.
It is a good place to spend time in nature and quiet , free from hustle bustle of main Shimla.
It was an unforgettable experience for me, we went for a family weekend getaway.
However the service in the restaurant is super slow but considering other plus points this didn't bother us that much. 😁

It’s right in the middle of it all, near Chail and Kufri, so Kali ka Tibba, Naldehra, and Chail Palace are all a short drive away, not some separate day trip you’d have to plan from Shimla. You get the quiet stay and quick access to the good stuff, without picking between “peaceful” and “close to everything.”
Pretty much, yes. That’s the whole appeal. You’re away from the Mall Road chaos, but golf at Naldehra, exploring Kufri, or checking out Chail Palace are all still just a short drive. You’re not really giving anything up by staying somewhere quieter.
The stone cottages feel more like a solid, traditional mountain home with attached bathrooms. The glamping ones lean more open-air and closer to nature. Both work fine as a base for exploring, so it just comes down to whether you want that cozy stone-walled feel or something a bit more immersive.
Most guests describe it as scenic rather than rough, and regular cars handle it fine. If someone in your group gets carsick on hill roads though, it’s worth taking it a bit slower and stopping once or twice, easy enough to do since the nearby spots aren’t far anyway.
Naldehra’s one of the closest attractions to the resort, and that’s exactly why golfers tend to pick this spot. You get a calm place to come back to after playing, instead of commuting from somewhere busier in Shimla every day.
Nope, they’re kept pretty separate. If you’re at the resort for a wedding, you can still slip out to Kali ka Tibba or Wildflower Hall during the downtime between events. It’s not like the whole property shuts down into wedding-only mode.
It’s doable, not just something thrown on the list to make it look longer. If you want to combine a hike or a visit there with coming back to a comfortable stay, that works fine in a single day without eating up your whole trip in travel time.

Plenty of people come as couples or families, sure, but honestly the quiet setting and nearby spots work just as well solo. The golf course, the drives, the calm village feel- none of that really needs a group to enjoy.
